Strategic Influence
& AI Mastery

A closed system of frameworks, live counsel and a vetted peer cohort for senior operators consolidating their position over the next 36 months.

The premise

Most senior leaders will spend the next 24 months treating AI as a tool. A small layer will treat it as leverage. The gap will be permanent.

The Strategic Influence Program is not an AI course. It’s a closed system of frameworks, tools and live counsel designed for one outcome: that your position — over talent, narrative, capital and decisions — is materially stronger twelve months from now than it is today.

We start where most curricula end. The cohort is calibrated to senior operators who don’t need to be convinced AI matters and don’t need a primer. We work on the few decisions and the few habits that determine whether the next 36 months compound your position or quietly hollow it out.

Inside

Twelve months. Four levers.

01

Narrative

How you’re seen by the people who matter — and how to engineer that signal so it arrives ahead of you. Personal positioning, public writing, conference selection, boardroom presence.

02

Talent

Who works for you, who works near you, and how AI restructures both. Identifying, recruiting and retaining the people who will compound your work — and quietly upgrading those who can.

03

Capital

Where your time, attention and money are deployed. Frameworks for cleaner decisions, fewer meetings, deeper conviction on the bets that actually move your position.

04

AI Leverage

The operating systems — not the tools. How to build personal AI infrastructure that compounds: research, writing, decision support, knowledge work, and the unfair advantages most leaders don’t know they’re missing.

A live cohort working session

Inside a working session

Twelve people, one whiteboard, real work. Plus two private retreats a year.

Format

How the year is structured.

Live, monthly

A 90-minute intensive each month. Frameworks, deconstructions and direct work on the cohort’s actual situations. Recorded for those who can’t make it live.

Private 1:1s

Quarterly private sessions with me, calibrated to your specific moment. Strict confidentiality, no audience.

Closed network

A small, vetted peer group of senior operators. The conversations between sessions are often the highest-leverage part of the year.

Resource library

Continuously updated frameworks, prompts and operating systems. Includes lifetime access to every Library product.

Async support

Direct line between calls for time-sensitive decisions. Used judiciously — most members find the structured cadence is enough.

Two retreats

Optional in-person gatherings each year. Working sessions, not vacations. European venues by default.

From members

What it’s actually like inside.

I’d been quietly stuck for two years — capable, well-rewarded, but increasingly aware that the way I was operating was going to age out. The program is the calmest, most intelligent room I’ve been in. Six months in, I produce more, in fewer hours, with sharper output.

Sara M.

Managing Partner, mid-cap PE firm · London

I went in skeptical and came out a member for life. The frameworks land. The cohort is unusually candid. Jannik does not waste your time, and he does not flatter you — which is exactly what I needed.

Camille D.

Group Head of Strategy, listed industrials · Paris

I’ve done the McKinsey thing, the Stanford executive thing, the founder coach thing. This is different in kind. Less performance, more substance.

Henrik J.

CEO, Series C SaaS · Copenhagen

The retreat alone changed my year. Twelve smart people in a room, all on the same trajectory. We still talk daily.

Maja K.

Chief of Staff to a CEO of a Nordic listed company · Stockholm

Who this is for

A specific kind of operator.

Investment

Pricing is shared during the application call, calibrated to the cohort and the year ahead. If pricing is the deciding factor, this is unlikely to be a fit. The Library is the better starting point.

Apply

If this is the conversation you’ve been waiting to have, request a seat.

Most applicants are politely declined. That’s the point. If we’re a fit, you’ll hear back within 48 hours.
