Jannik Hansen

Strategist and counsel to senior leaders converting AI from a creeping anxiety into compounding personal leverage.

Jannik Hansen portrait

For the last decade, I’ve advised executives, founders and leadership teams across finance, technology and consulting on how to convert technological shifts into durable personal leverage. AI is the largest such shift in a generation, and the most poorly understood by the people whose careers it will most reshape.

My work began on the operator side — building, selling and scaling — and moved toward counsel because the same handful of patterns kept appearing in rooms full of very capable people. Senior leaders consistently underweight the speed of change, overweight the visibility of risk, and miss the moment to consolidate. The cost of that miss is not a slower year. It is a quieter career.

I built this practice for a small number of senior people who refuse that outcome.

What we do together is unusually direct. There are no certifications, no modular curriculum, no pretence that complexity makes content valuable. We work on the few decisions and the few habits that determine whether the next 36 months compound your position or hollow it out — calmly, in private, with intent.

How I work

Five things I believe.

  1. 01

Most leaders need fewer ideas, not more.

The defining bottleneck at senior levels isn’t access to information. It’s the courage and clarity to act on what you already know.

  2. 02

    Influence compounds. Activity does not.

A small number of decisions made cleanly outperform a large number of meetings, posts, updates, dashboards and check-ins.

  3. 03

    AI is leverage, not literacy.

Knowing the tools means very little. Owning the operating system they sit inside changes who you are in every important room.

  4. 04

Filtering is a feature, not a flaw.

The work is calibrated to a specific kind of operator. If we’re not a fit, that’s a useful result — for both of us.

  5. 05

Premium is a discipline, not a price tag.

Premium means the work is worth the price, the relationships are worth the work, and the outcomes are worth your time.
