Name and email (when you sign up for the workshop and when you purchase), account details for the course, and payment details handled securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
To deliver Creator OS and access to the course platform, send the free workshop and relevant emails, process payments and provide support.
We share data with trusted vendors who process it on our behalf: Stripe (payments), SMTP2GO (email) and our hosting provider, all under data processing agreements.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and withdraw consent. Email us and we’ll help. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link at the bottom of each message.
We use necessary cookies for login and sessions. When you sign up (free book, workshop or purchase) we additionally set a cookie (jh_vid) that links your visits to Library pages to your email address so we can send you more relevant emails. Anonymous visitors are not tracked, and we honor your browser's "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals.
Our emails may contain open and click measurement, and we may use your reading and browsing behavior to choose which books we recommend to you. You can unsubscribe from all automated emails with one click at the bottom of every email — purchase receipts still deliver.
We retain data for as long as necessary to deliver the product and comply with legal requirements (e.g. accounting law). Visit data is deleted after 180 days; open/click data after 12 months.
